Hi, I am Unnati Nigam. I have completed my graduation and post-graduation from Banaras Hindu University in the years 2020 and 2022 respectively. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD from IITB-Monash Research Academy under the supervision of Prof. Radhendushka Srivastava (IITB) and Prof. Michael Burke (Monash) and Prof. Faezeh Marzbanrad (Monash), in the area of non-stationary time series. I developed a knack for research during my graduation days through a research project based on Modelling of Covid-19 cases in India which was further published as Modeling and Forecasting of COVID-19 Growth Curve in India | SpringerLink. Further, during my post-graduation, I worked on modified distributions with applications on real life data. (GDUS-Modified Topp-Leone Distribution: A New Distribution with Increasing, Decreasing, and Bathtub Hazard Functions | Journal of Reliability and Statistical Studies). I have also received four Gold medals at university level at Banaras Hindu University during my graduation and post-graduation. Apart from my academic interests, I have been a public speaker, almost my entire life. I have been a keen debater throughout my school and college days. I also enjoy listening to music and exploring different cuisines. You can connect with me on LinkedIn: Unnati Nigam | LinkedIn
