Short Bio and Project Details:
As a passionate educator at heart and an ambitious researcher by nature, I have an unwavering dedication to Chemistry, a field that has profoundly shaped my academic journey. My commitment to developing innovative and sustainable solutions to contemporary challenges has driven me toward research. This desire to make a significant impact in the field led me to choose Chemistry for my undergraduate studies.
Looking ahead, I aspire to become a research scientist contributing to the fields of catalysis, energy, and sustainability. Currently, I am working on a project that involves the combined experimental and theoretical investigation of carbon dioxide conversion into value-added chemicals using transition metal carbides under the supervision of Prof Ojus Mohan at IIT Bombay and Prof Akshat Tanksale at Monash University. This project perfectly blends experimental techniques and theoretical modelling, aiming to develop efficient methods for CO2 reduction.
