Sristhi is a Ph.D. scholar in the management area at the IIT Bombay Monash Research Academy, conducting her research under the guidance of Prof. T. T. Niranjan (IIT Bombay) and Prof. Dayna Simpson (Monash University).
She completed her Master's degree in Economics from the Central University of Rajasthan in 2016, where she was awarded the gold medal for her academic performance. Prior to this, in 2014, she completed her BSc (Honors) in Economics at IIS University, Jaipur, securing the second rank in the university. Before embarking on her Ph.D. journey, she worked as an Academic Associate in the Economics area at IIM Ahmedabad, where she developed her interest in behavioral sciences. She has also gained experience in the field of sustainability during her internship at the Centre for Science and Environment in New Delhi. Driven by her passion for teaching, she has prepared educational content for school children and contributed to the 'Scholars for Change' campaign of IIM Ahmedabad during a summer internship while pursuing her Master's degree.
Sristhi's current research focuses on consumer behavior toward Electric Vehicles, with a particular interest in utilizing eye-tracking methodology to gain insights into consumer preferences and choices.
