Student Details

Myself Mohit Kashyap, I am from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. I have completed my B.Tech from BTKIT, Dwarahat in 2019 in Chemical Engineering and M.Tech from NIT, Rourkela in 2021 in Chemical Engineering. My bachelor project was "Analysis and Characterization of Sugar Industry Waste-water" and master's project was "Design and modeling of Fluidized Bed Dryer". I have also worked on ANN and ANFIS modeling of cross flow ultrafiltration membrane in my masters. I have sound knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, MATLAB and ASPEN Plus. I have cleared GATE in 2019, 2020, and 2022 with decent ranks in Chemical Engineering. Now, as from January 2022, I'm working as a PhD student from IITB-Monash Research Academy on the project titled as" Hydrogen and Chemicals production from renewable feedstocks" under the supervision of Prof. Neeraj Kumbhakarna (IIT Bombay) and Prof. Sankar Bhattacharya (Monash University). My hobbies includes trekking, photography and playing chess.
