Hi, I am Apurv Tiwari, pursuing a PhD degree in the field of air traffic management. I had completed a Btech + MTech dual degree program from IIT Bombay in Aerospace Engineering and my MTech thesis focused on delaying flow separation using plasma actuators. The latter is quite fascinating a field, but I realised through the process that my true calling lies elsewhere. I took some time off to figure things out and shifted my field to air traffic management research on the modelling and simulation side. I love reading and writing fiction, although of late this hobby has taken a setback and I am trying to revive at least the reading part of it. Of late I have shifted to comics, specifically Marvel, for fulfilling my reading pangs while not taking much of my time as well. Of course I follow MCU, and well, a lot of Disney and Pixar content as well. Outdoors, I love a peaceful stroll along a water body, preferably alone with my earphones or with good company.
