Shobhit holds an M.S. degree with specialization in Quality Management from BITS Pilani in 2015. The topic of his master’s degree dissertation was to analyze the application of Agile practices in SAP-ERP application support projects. He completed his B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication engineering in 2008 from Chaudhary Charan Singh University Campus, Meerut. He is a PMP® and ITIL® Foundation certified professional and well acquainted with various project management principles, delivery processes, best practices, and tools. Shobhit has around 7 years of corporate work experience in MNCs including IBM, Cognizant and Infosys as part of Global Delivery teams in IT Consulting and Service Management roles. His technology domain was SAP-ERP Business Intelligence. He has received multiple performance awards from his former employers for his innovation, dedication, and commitment over the years. In 2016, he founded a small website development firm registered as ClickmyTech Solutions LLP and managed its operations for around 3 years. His other areas of interest include Entrepreneurship Development, Microeconomics and Blockchain technology. At IITB-Monash Research Academy, he will be pursuing interdisciplinary doctoral research in the area of Behavioural Operations Management, Judgment and Decision Making, and Service Management. He will be working under the supervision of Prof. T. T. Niranjan (IIT Bombay) and Dr. Kristian Rotaru (Monash University).
